UNICROSS: Estate Management Produces First Female Faculty President

The department of Estate Management has produced the first female faculty president in the University of Cross Rivers State (UNICROSS).
Comrade Teresa Eja, a 400-level student of Estate Management defeated Comrade Earl Holmes of Visual Art Department, both in the Faculty of Environmental Science in a keenly contested presidential election to set the record.
Comr. Eja while speaking after her inauguration said “the task is not an easy one but with focus and determination, my administration will deliver quality representation to the faculty”
“My feat in school politics will also encourage other young girls to see leadership as a way of empowerment to boost women’s representation in secular politics,” she added.
