The Rt. Hon. Daniel Asuquo, former member representing Akamkpa/Biase Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives has tender his resignation from Labour Party in Cross River State.

The former lawmaker made this known in a post on his official Facebook page.

The letter reads ”I wish to notify you and your esteem State Executive Committee of the Labour Party in Cross River State of my decision to resign my membership from the Labour Party. 

“On behalf of my family and friends, I thank the party immensely for the platform it availed us to champion our collective political aspirations in the last political activities. 

“I wish you all in the Labour Party the best in your future endeavors.” The statement added.
